The 2008 Season will began on Monday, July 28, 2008. Practice is held
Monday - Friday, 5:30p - 7:30p at Veterans Memorial Park on Southwest Ave. in Windsor Locks. You must have the following information to have a completed registration packet:
· Blue NCFL Registration and Consent Form;
· Parents’ or Guardians’ Code of Ethics;
· Players’ Code of Ethics; and
· NCFL Physician’s Statement Form;
· Statement of Responsibility;
· Yellow Volunteer Interest Sheet; and
· Letter and Volunteer Application with a consent to a background check. (Only required for coaches, board members, trainers, equipment managers or others who will have regular contact with the youth participants).
Each document should be completed and returned as soon as possible along with the Registration Fee to assure a place on the roster. The Registration Fees are as follows:
· First child per family - $110;
· Second child per family - $85; and
· Each additional child per family - $55 (with a $250.00 family cap).
Player must supply their own spikes, cup, mouthpieces, water bottles and girdle. Socks and helmet chin straps are included with the registration fee. Girdle pads and all other equipment is provided by the Jets.
Cheerleaders must supply their own white socks, turtlenecks Turtlenecks and sneakers may be purchased as a group order.
The Jets Board of Directors meet monthly at the Polish National Home, 9 First Ave. in Windsor Locks. These meetings are open to all Jets staff, coaches and parents. This is the time and place for ideas and discussion to be shared. You can make a difference and fresh ideas are always welcome. Come see first hand what makes this organization tick.
Please note that the Jets are registered with the state as a non profit tax exempt organization. This means that all donations are deductible in the same manner as any other charitable contributions.
